Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.

We do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.

Next working day orders

Orders placed before 1 pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. Orders are placed on Friday before 1 pm. Orders placed between 1 pm on Friday and 1 pm on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.

Order tracking

You will receive an email once your order ships. If your tracking does not load instantly, allow up to 24 hours for updates to become available.

When will I get my order?

We do not process orders during weekends and federal holidays which means orders placed on these times will begin processing the following business day.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays.
We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time.
Mixtogethers cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, holidays, etc.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for over 10 business days, we will issue a replacement.

What happens if an item/part of my order is missing or damaged?

If one or more items from your order are missing or damaged contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of the goods, and our customer service team will resolve this for you.
